The Product Care team
As a Mechanical Engineer in Product Care, you will be part of a small team of four. Our days are diverse, and we are often faced with complex problems that are solved in a high pace environment. Product Care works with second-line support to both solve new unknown problems from the field and handles whatever issues arise in the production of CellaVisions systems. The team carries out continuous product care work, such as simplifying the production of complex parts as well as develop and evaluate alternative components to the production of our systems. We can offer you an exciting role that involves hands-on work with our high-tech platforms, a lot of responsibility, and a great deal of freedom. This position reports to Director Product Care.
Key tasks
- Create assembling instructions.
- Design changes in the CAD environment.
- Work actively to reduce the test time.
- Ongoing collaboration with Supply & Sourcing department & our producer Kitron.
- Finding new ways to improve and simplify production.
Qualifications
- MSc in Mechanical Engineering
- A great interest in technology and working with advanced mechanical systems.
- Good language skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
Nice to have
- Specialized in Mechatronics (me) or Production (prr).
- Good understanding of electronics.
- Experience in CAD, preferably Solid Works (from leisure projects and/or work experience).
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment.
