We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will work as a consultant in Requirements Engineering position at our international client.
The division is responsible for delivering the major mechanical components and structures that are central to the target station operation and maintenance.


Job description
As Requirements Engineer, your main responsibilities are:
• Be responsible for requirements and deliverables as agreed with the appointed stakeholders and line manager
• Providing expertise within mechanical engineering, systems engineering and project management
• Drive the transition of document based requirements and breakdown through interaction with stakeholders and owners of relevant interfacing systems into a requirements management database
• Assist in establishing documentation and plans for installation, system testing, commissioning, validation, verification and acceptance.

Qualifications:
We believe you have:
• Minimum bachelor in mechanical engineering (Master preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and proven experience within relevant fields
• A background in large scale prototype projects
• Experience in operation and maintenance of process equipment in process plants, power plants or oil&gas industry is preferred
• Extensive and documented experience in systems engineering and requirement management
• Understanding of project and facility life cycle
• Experience of working in an international environment is essential
• Excellent oral and written English skills are a prerequisite; knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage
