Mechanical Engineer to Modis!

We at Modis are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for an exciting and challenging role at an international customer!

About the role

In this role as a Mechanical Engineer, you will design motors and generators. The work is performed in projects and you are responsible for the mechanical design from start to delivery.

Each project is unique and adapted according to customer requirements. As a Mechanical Design Engineer you are responsible for the quality of both customer and manufacturing designs. You must also secure that customer requirements are achieved in the projects.

You will

• Be responsible for mechanical design
• Handle customer orders, design and documentation
• Participate in projects from design and manufacturing to delivery
• Work closely with other project members and colleagues within the quality, production and aftermarket departments as well as suppliers.

About you

If you are a passionate team player with a drive to deliver great results, you will fit perfectly for this role

We believe you have a Mechanical Engineer degree with previous experience from machine design. You have the ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks. You need to have experience design engineering.

We put a strong emphasis on your personal qualities and have a curious mind with excellent communication and social skills.

Fluency in English and Swedish, written and oral, is a requirement.
