Mechanical Project Leader

The Project Engineering Office in Lund is a department within Tetra Pak Processing Solutions & Equipment. We sell, engineer and deliver projects in Europe & Central Asia (ECA). We work in close cooperation with the local markets, a typical project will be a Dairy or a Cheese factory.
We are looking for a Project Leader that will have a key role in lead the projects from quotation/pre-project trough project implementation to customer take over.
The position is permanent and based in Lund and you will travel around 20% of your time.
What you will do
As a Project Leader in Mechanical services, you will lead the mechanical services part of the project from order to customer take over in close cooperation with the project core team, your team, internal stakeholders and customers. The project work will be split in two disciplines, one is the service media part (steam, condensate, cooling water, compressed air systems etc), the other is structural engineering (pipe supports constructions).
You will focus on
Service media design and energy efficient solutions
Leading the engineering team
Collaborating with the project core team and the project management
Drive technical discussions, making quotations and presentations for customers

Who you are
You have a will to lead and taking ownership for your team and for the project. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships, as the work includes close contact with customers, suppliers and colleagues. You are used to work in a high paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results. You are a leader with a positive and inspiring approach, motivating and coaching is something you enjoy.
You have a technical education within the field of HVAC or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from pipe engineering. Special attention will be paid to candidates with experience from project management and heavy pipe installations. A very good command of English, both written and verbal is a must.
