As a Mechatronic engineer at Autoliv you will be working in a team who supports early phase development, develop prototypes and test equipment in order to evaluate different product concepts. You will work with implementing sensors and actuators in existing car environments (LIN, CAN) and design stand alone demonstrators.
Autoliv have business in several countries and you will be working closely with colleagues from different parts of the world. Travels may occur.
Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role we believe you have a university degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechatronics and at least 3 years of work experience including mechatronics and implementation in equipment and/or prototypes, preferably within automotive.
You also have a strong technical interest, are creative and innovative as well as responsible. You are able to drive your work independently and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English verbally and in writing.
The position demands that you can design systems that contains ECU, sensors and actuators with additional programming.
Knowledge and experience about vehicle communication (CAN, LIN), signal processing, Simulink and GUI programming is a merit. You will be part of our Global Innovation Center in Vargarda.
