Mechatronic Specialist

At Embedded Solution, we are driving value added innovation by creating automation technology platforms used in Tetra Pak's products, services and solutions. One important area is the Mechatronic area of competences which consists of Motion Control solutions, Advanced mechatronics design and simulation tools as well as multi-disciplinary engineering methodologies facilitating effective cross functional collaboration in engineering.



We are now looking for a Mechatronic Specialist.



You will be part of a dedicated team focused on competence for developing and maintaining Mechatronic and Motion control solutions and technology platforms for the different Tetra Pak equipment application.


The team is based in both Modena and Lund but this position is located in Lund, some travelling included.



Main responsibilities

-Specialist for the backbone Mechatronic design software and hardware used in platform application
-Carrying out the necessary studies for requirements definition, sizing and simulation (SIL and HIL) for Mechatronic applications
-Drive activities for core and future mechatronic solutions in strong cooperation with external entities with specific focus on supplier and universities
-Participate and actively contribute in Motion and Control network of expertise




Qualifications


We believe that you are a collaborative, self-motivated person with strong science and engineering skills. You have good communication skills, strong in supportive mind-set and very open for effective collaboration with people.



You have a Technical University degree in combination with a minimum of five years of experience in Tetra Pak or 10 years in Industrial machine application.



We believe that you have a broad technical knowledge in Motion Control, Automation and Digital design tools as well as strong background and extensive understanding of Industrial machinery. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
