Are you an expert in digital marketing and dream of working at one of the largest fashion retailers in the world? We are now looking for a driven Media Analyst who can help lead the digital growth for our different customer groups. You will be joining our growing Paid Media Team in H&M’s Global Media organisation.
H&M is looking for the next digital marketing star to join our growing Paid Media team that is part of the Global Marketing & Communications department in Stockholm. The team focuses on building brand awareness, secure reach for our campaigns, and drive traffic and revenue to our online and physical stores with the help of different owned and paid media activities.
Job Description
The Media Analyst is responsible for delivering well curated data, visualizations and actionable insights that guide decision making and address our key problems. Alongside media stakeholders, other analysts, data warehouse engineers and product owners, you will work closely with stakeholders spreading across marketing, operations, finance and technology teams and support in the most critical analyses. Key responsibilities include:
Manage the lifecycle of marketing campaigns with tags & naming convention, tracking and reporting
Orchestrate and create global marketing taxonomy
Orchestrate the creation and maintenance of marketing audiences cross-channels
Roll out, apply, and update the global taxonomy on all marketing channels
Clean data to develop features and signals in a vast, unordered data set
Extract, manipulate and visualize data to find and understand patterns
Present insights and recommendations to colleagues and managers
Contribute in building action-oriented dashboards that help teams make data-driven decisions
Support product and tech teams in evaluation and definition of new features
Teach team members and lead the way for data driven ways of working
Qualifications
We believe that you are a great team player with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders across teams, whilst at the same time being self-driven and able to work independently. We also believe that you have a data and business driven mindset with ability to analyze, gather insights and turn them into action. To thrive in this role if you have a strong collaboration skills and ability to handle relationships in complex organizational set ups. You have attention to detail; diligent, proactive, accountable, and analytical. As for your professional background we are looking for candidates that have:
Have at least a couple of years of work experience from data analytics and data visualization, preferable within the retail industry and/or digital marketing
Have experience in ETL marketing tools such as Funnel.io, Adverity, Datorama etc.
Have experience working with DMP, CDP or other relevant systems where 1st or 3rd party audience data are the main dimension
A university degree in an analytical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent & relevant work experience
Strong analytical and writing skills with demonstrated ability to interpret and present data and summarize insights and next steps; dissect complex concepts into distilled, easy-to-understand explanations
Experience working with large data sets using tools like BigQuery, Tableau, Data Studio, etc. is a plus
Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
