What you will be doing
As Marketing Analyst and consumer insights specialist, you will be part of the newly established global MediaLAB team. Our mission is to revolutionize media and marketing strategy, planning and execution for the SEB group. The analyst role is overall to enable the organization to become more data driven and focused to make smarter decisions and executions. The responsibility is to analyze large sets of data from various sources and deliver visualizations and actionable insights that guides well backed up data driven decisions and identify our key opportunities.
You will work closely with other analysts, but also numerous stakeholders from external agencies to business owners and other marketing teams. We offer you a challenging role in a dynamic workplace where you will have direct influence on the transformation journey we are on to modernize and digitalize our marketing and media operations. Key responsibilities:
· Manage the lifecycle of marketing campaigns by leading KPI and target setting, analytics of paid media campaigns and identify optimization opportunities
· Analyze media campaigns, identify optimization opportunities and make clear recommendations for improvements
· Create action-oriented dashboards that enables us to make better data driven decisions
· Present insights and recommendations to colleagues and managers
· Work with tech and advanced analytic teams to ensure we have correct tracking opportunities in place
· Teach colleagues and lead the way for a more data driven way of working
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a skilled analyst with true passion for digital marketing and data. You are a great team player that has the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from many different teams. We also believe that you have a data and business driven mindset and ability to easily turn large sets of data to insights and recommended actions. You have:
· At least a couple of years of work experience from digital marketing, data analytics and data visualization
· Experience from working with GMP, Google cloud, and analytic tools such as GA360 or Adobe analytics
· A university degree in any analytic field or equivalent and relevant work experience
· Experience from working with Adobe Analytics and Tableau is a plus
