Job Description
As a Media & Insights Lead at H&M HOME, you will be responsible for the global media strategy, budget and planning as well as infusing an insights-driven way of working in the teams. You will work closely with the Marketing team and external agencies and partners to provide a clear direction when it comes to media channel optimization, communications planning and insights. An important part of the role is to ensure that tools, trackers and reports are available to enable follow-up of results and KPIs.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Set the global media strategy for H&M HOME that are aligned with, and drive, business goals and brand vision
Manage and follow up the global media budget for the different activities, channels and countries
Empower the teams with clear direction and input when it comes to media channel optimization and insights
Analyze and follow up on media investments to demonstrate effectiveness and return on investment
Interpret the commercial activity plan into a communications plan per media channel
Fuel a data-driven and proactive way of working by providing actionable insights to the team
Initiate and scope tests to guide decisions and strategies
Collaborate with global H&M Media team and local Marketing teams to optimize prioritization and timing
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to have both strategic and hands-on skills with deep knowledge of the media landscape, as well as a strong analytical ability to facilitate data-driven decisions and insights. We believe you are structured, curious and have a results-driven entrepreneurial spirit that dare to innovate and challenge status quo. You love to collaborate with others to find the best solutions working towards joint business and customer goals.
We would love to meet someone who also has:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience from strategic and analytical roles, agency or/and client side, preferably with experience in the retail / interior sector
Proven track record of developing media strategies that drive results and grows brands, preferably at international level
Knowledge of the complete media landscape, tech and market trends
You thrive in identifying opportunities where data insights can fuel business growth and have a genuine interest in customer behavior and insights
Working knowledge of online, digital and social media analytics platforms
Ability to communicate direction and strategy, prioritize and take decisions to reach goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
