Do you have strong interest for sales and previous experience of working with media and marketing planning? Are you a digital native who thrives in a position where you work with media and marketing to meet set goals? We are looking for a Media and Marketing Optimization Specialist to our head office, located in the heart of Gothenburg (in the Central station)!
Your role in our team.
You are a part of our Global Sales department, working globally with all our markets and with the common goal to maximize global traffic & sales, set KPI’s and profitability always with a digital first mindset.
As our Media and Marketing Optimization Specialist you make sure that we optimize our full funnel communication plan in CRM communication channels - Email, SMS and App Push to meet our customers where they are.
An ordinary week for you includes both tactical and operational areas where you are the one that secure our planning towards set KPI’, both on a global and local market level. As a key stakeholder towards relevant content planning and production teams you ensure suitable creative content.
As we believe in togetherness, you will work closely with Lindex Global Marketing department, Lindex central media agency partner as well as strategic partners such as Voyado.
Since you keep updated on retail trends and suggest continuous development you improve Lindex business opportunities within our own communication channels.

Also, this probably sounds like you:
Academic degree in Economics or Business
Experience from working with media & marketing planning and CRM in an omni-channel & multimarket organization in a global environment
Experience in optimizing and executing full funnel media plan
Knowledgeable and deep understanding in the dynamics of paid, earned and owned media
Experienced in budgeting and ROAS calculations related to media buying
Experience in data analytics in optimizing media channels based on insights and previous results
