Job Title: Medical Affairs Advisor - Nordics
Location: Hybrid (Uppsala Sweden) or Remote (anywhere in the Nordics)
Galderma Nordics is looking for a Medical Affairs Advisor Nordics who will be responsible for developing and implementing Galderma's Medical Affairs plans, policies and activities in the Nordics.
You will be working with the full Galderma product portfolio (Consumer, Aesthetics and Prescription) at all phases (R&D stage all the way to marketed products and line extensions/revisions). You will manage all activities related to Medical Leads, Patients Relations & Medical Engagement, Medical Training & Capabilities, and Medical Information & Communications. Finally, in the next 6 months to a year, you will be working on the launch of 2 exciting blockbuster dermatology and aesthetics treatments (end 2023, early 2024).
Key Tasks
*
Prepare, develop, and formulate all processes related to proper information distribution, documentation, labelling and promotional materials for marketed products in compliance with corporate standards and government/industry regulations
*
Research and evaluate the Medical Affairs policies to manage and implement clinical protocols and facilitating completion of final reports
*
Prepare, plan, and execute clinical trials/research and data collection activities
*
Prioritize and coordinate recruitment of clinical investigators and negotiate study design and costs
*
Evaluate and participate in adverse event reporting and safety monitoring
Skills & Qualifications
*
Advanced scientific education PhD/PharmD/MD
*
Strong background in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, with a focus on scientific and medical knowledge specifically in clinical research, drug development, or medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry
*
Experience working with healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, to provide medical education and support
*
Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data and research studies, and communicate complex scientific information to a variety of audiences
*
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
*
Dermatology, Aesthetics or Biologics experience a plus
