We are now looking for a Medical Affairs Manager to join our Medical Affairs and Clinical Education department at Mölndal, Sweden.
DESCRIPTION
As Medical Affairs Manager your main focus will be to deliver a high-class medical information service within the Medical Affairs and Clinical Education department at Wellspect HealthCare.
You will:
? Be responsible for maintaining a reference management system based on critical review of scientific publications.
? Be responsible for continuous monitoring of new publications presented in literature, at congresses and within the medical community and translate findings into Medical Affairs productions (e.g. newsletter, publications highlights, literature/scientific reviews, documentation summaries, clinical evaluations, publication manuscripts/abstracts/posters).
? Lead review process of communication and promotion material based on medical information.
QUALIFICATIONS
PhD, PhL or equivalent academic background is a prerequisite and research areas within medicine and/or nursing is meriting as well as previous working experience within the Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals/Life Science/Academic sectors. We assume you are qualified to critically review scientific publications, preferably clinical studies, and that you are familiar with the basics in evidence based medicine and research methodology. We are searching for a driven person who enjoys scientific surveillance and who is comfortable in making decision and recommendations based on the latest research. You need to be fluent in both spoken and written English and it is an advantage if you have working experience from the soft wares Endnote and Excel.
