About the job
You will play an important role in Nutrica’s business while working closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service Departments to develop and implement the commercial plan with special attention to assure scientific accuracy. You will act as a driver of business value by being accountable for KOL management, medical education and evidence generation activities. The position is based in Solna, but as long as you are ready to travel to the office when needed we are flexible with your working location. This is a temporary position to cover for a parental leave until March 2022 and you probably see this as an extraordinary opportunity to gain valuable insight and experience.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Acting as Medical Specialist
Business unit expert in adult nutrition area – keeping up with trends, literature, local guidelines etc.
Strategic sparring partner commercial triangle
Support in tenders (throughout tender cycle), drive market access and health economic work
Medical training at sales meetings & pitstops as well as knowledge support to fields sales force

Medical education
Lead & develop Nutricia Academia events as well as Lead or co-lead (with sales) HCP Network groups

KOL Engagement
Therapeutic Area focused Key Opinion Leader mapping, activation plan & execution

Evidence generation
Evaluate and support academic research initiatives
Drive Nutricia sponsored trials and clinical projects

Regulatory
Local support to Nordic Regulatory Manager



About you
In order to be successful in the role you have:
A Master Degree in a health related science, such as clinical nutrition, pharmacy or medicine
Experience of research, not necessarily a PhD but published paper(s) is a plus
Minimum 3 years in pharma or nutrition industry; sales, market access or medical roles
Good level of understanding of nutritional principles and their practical application
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish
Medical affairs experience is a plus
Experience from clinical research roles is also considered a merit
Analytical, positive and driven mind-set
Ability to take initiative and work independently
