What do we offer? You will have a central role at one of the most interesting health tech startups in Scandinavia. We’re unique in the approach we’re taking to bridging the gap between disruptive digital care and existing physical healthcare. We have very ambitious growth and internationalization plans, and your work will help the 100 000s of patients who use our solutions.
Today, a couple of years after starting up, we’re a team of around 100 doctors, engineers, business people, UXers and others (not including our doctors, nurses and psychologists who meet patients online), with a roughly 50/50 gender mix. You will report to the Head of Medical Innovation & Development, and play a pivotal role in forming how the company delivers healthcare.

As a Medical Innovation Project Leader, you will lead the development of novel and strategically critical medtech/healthtech solutions, to fulfill our vision of enabling patients to manage their own health, and helping healthcare deliver efficient and high quality care.
You will be in charge of designing and piloting novel products and services at the forefront of the Doktor24 group. This entails a high level of freedom as well as responsability. You will lead cutting edge work in which ideas are rapidly piloted, iterated, developed to an MVP and a proof-of-concept. Skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
- Be part of and lead projects regarding novel ventures
- Design, test, pilot, evaluate and pivot - with your eyes set on creating scalable processes for driving large improvements in health outcomes
- Create lean business canvases, roadmaps, business plans, presentations and other documents as required
- Collaborate with peers in all parts of the organization
- Develop a unique skill-set for improving healthcare
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Great Communications skills. You need the presence and communications skills to get support for your agenda. You’re fluent in English, and speak and write compellingly as in Swedish. People trust you because you are genuine.
- Love Problem-solving. We believe the Swedish proverb “what is unclearly said is unclearly thought”, so we would expect you to be able to articulate and synthesize insights. You should enjoy facing complex problems, and finding the right level of analysis to navigate uncertainty

We believe you either have a medical degree, having worked clinically as a physician, or several years experience from a top-tier consulting firm or medtech/healthtech startups.
