Cambio Healthcare Systems (A/S) supplies systems to Region Syddanmark, Region Midtjylland, The Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland and the Danish Defense, and provides software development of systems for Intensive Care Units and Anesthesia departments internationally.
About the job
As Medico IT operations Engineer in our Service team, your focus will be delivering IT technical services to our customers within intensive care and connectivity. Your focus will be in handling technical requests of systems deployment, integrations, device configurations, defining and configuring drug protocols and participating in site surveys. You will also provide similar services for internal projects as well as marketing events. Furthermore, you will work with supporting our existing customers and handle and resolve incoming issues including 24x7 support in a schedule with others. You will in all work closely together with other departments, that are responsible for product management, product development, implementation, service and support, and sales and marketing. Being part of the team, you will also work with management to continuously improve our organization, processes and deliveries.
Many of the topics are technically complex, covering software architecture, hardware architecture, statistics, medical science, business processes, usability, and require technical competence and perseverance to be solved. International teamwork across cultures is the key to making this a fun process.
The Danish organization currently has 22 full time employees and 5 student workers, in our offices in Aarhus and Kgs. Lyngby. Your workplace will be in Kgs. Lyngby, but you can expect to travel to Aarhus or about 1-2 times per month. In addition, there will be travels to customer locations.
Our expectations
We expect you to have:
- A relevant technical degree
- Proven experience in technical operations of large distributed applications, primarily in a Microsoft based architecture
- Strong technical skills in area of network, server configuration, medical equipment, preferably with knowledge of medical devices, CIS and Connectivity products, and Smartlinx product
And we expect you to have experience with some/all of the following topics:
- Microsoft based infrastructure, programming/scripting skills, Systems architecture, integrations between IT systems, troubleshooting of IT systems, servicing IT systems, testing, technical reporting, Clinical knowledge, Quality Management Systems
You are curious and want to learn and can explain complex topics in simple ways. Language is Danish and English, with Swedish as a benefit. We require good skills in talking and writing English as we work together with international partners and as our internal business language is English.
