At Six is a contemporary art and design hotel with 343 rooms and suites, including our Masterpiece Suite and 32 longstay apartments adjacent to the hotel. In the house you will also find - a gym, our wine bar Blanche & Hierta, At Six Cocktail Bar, and our Dining Room, along with our rooftop bar Stockholm Under Stjärnorna. A big part of the hotel is Social At Six, our 3000m2 flexible event and meeting space where the only limits are the ones of your imagination.

Social - Meeting & Event Crew
Our events team who work together to plan and execute exceptional events. In addition to our core team, we often collaborate with a variety of extra staff. Our projects involve multiple departments within the hotel. The team is dedicated to creating memorable events that are not only successful but are also enjoyable for all involved. In the position you will be based in our vibrant and elegant event space Social which is a 2800 sqm with 14 different event rooms with flexible space where we host daily all kinds of events from day conferences, to cocktail mingles, seated dinners, fairs and concerts. In Social we have spaces with which we can meet any type of request, provide any type of service & fit to any type of crowd and we do this with an “can do attitude”. Our service is personalized, welcoming, meeting all expectations by being prepared, one step ahead but also ready for the unexpected. Working hours can vary between day/evening and any day of the week.

The Role and Our Philosophy
We are now looking to expand the event team with a full time role as a Meeting and Event Crew Ambassador. You will play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Mainly together with the colleagues in your department and the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assuring that we exceed the guests expectations at all times.
For this role we want you to be just as devoted to details as you are driven by exceeding the guests expectations. We believe that you will contribute with a positive attitude, flexible mindset, good organizational skills and that you will thrive in working together towards a common goal.
This are some of the tasks you will be doing:
• Work proactively by going through upcoming events to get an overview
• Prepare set up in meeting rooms for the upcoming day and events according to order (glasses, plates, napkins, cutlery, furniture and other details)
• Serving drinks and food on events, both sitting and in mingle settings
• Maintain wardrobe service, bar, serving, cleaning and set-up
• Welcome guests and being well informed about the guest company and their agenda
Working hours can vary between day/evening and any day of the week.
And what about you?
We’re looking for you who is an organized team player who thrives in meeting all guests with a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service. We believe that you can adapt to new situations and take on any challenge with a positive problem-solving attitude. You should feel comfortable working independently as well as together with others.
To be the right person for this position you need to be outgoing and love great service. Curious and self driven are two words that describe you well. This role requires you to be one step ahead of the guests expectations and don’t be afraid to work hard to make it to the finish line for each event.
If you have previous experience working in a similar position, preferably within the premium segment it’s a big plus, but not a requirement. To recap, do you have all of the below skills?
• Experience from a similar position (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Flexible with working hours
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Unprestigious, curious and eager to lear
