We are now looking for a Meeting Support Coworker at our office site, in Älmhult. As a Meeting Support Coworker you will be a part of Ingka AB´s Workplace support team.
We are looking for you with the passion for providing great customer service!
We believe that you are an open person with the social skills to meet and build relationship with visitors and colleagues every day and that you are excited about helping people deliver to their goals.
- You are service minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- You are flexible and like that all days doesn’t look the same.
- You are a team player, always willing to support, living the IKEA values.
- You have an education within customer service, or the equivalent work experience incl experience of working with booking systems.
- You have good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Teams.
- You communicate effectively both spoken and written, in English and Swedish, and relay information accurately with a high attention to details.
You will ensure a positive and inspiring welcome and give support that creates a better working day for our co-workers and many visitors.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main tasks will be to:
- Meet the customer both viral and face to face
- Plan, organize and book internal and external meetings and events in Älmhult, incl. activities, meals, accommodation, and coordinate group transportations that are connected to the meeting
- Manage the day-to-day office operations in the reception at IKEA Meeting Centre, and give customer support such technical support, room furnishings and set up, food orders and catering.
-Facilitate educations and events both physical and digital and guide groups visiting Älmhult.
-Inspire co-workers and be an ambassador for the workplace.
- Constantly grow and expand personal knowledge, capabilities and motivation with IKEA values close at heart.

You will belong to Ingka AB, Meeting & Facility department and your location will be in Älmhult.
