Job Summary:
The position as MELA RAN Solution Lead within Portfolio Sales Support (PAN, BNEW) is the main technical interface towards MELA for RAN. As a Solution Lead you will be a key member of the XFT (Virtual team BA+MA members).You will be supporting the MA with High Impact Deals, 5G RFX and Key deals. Part of your main responsibilities would be to instill techno commercial approach in the MA teams and come out with compelling insights and innovative solution offerings to win deals and increase market share profitably.

Unit: Portfolio Sales Support, PAN, BNEW
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Act as main interface towards MA and SPM/PDU from Portfolio sales support within the XFT setup
Secure overall RAN Engagement Plan with MA for High Impact Deals, participate and leverage on the XFT setup.
Close alignment with Head of Sales and CM driver
Close alignment and collaboration with MA domain team
Support MA on HID & selected KD
Ensure techno commercial solution strategy
On site and off-site presentation & negotiation support
Track and update the progress of HID’s
Share and implement CI insights
Support MA with pre-GA product and solutions eg Cloud RAN
Leverage on RAN Product support and Performance Leadership team’s expertise
Anchor with Bid Office for GA Solution support (2G/3G,LTE, 5G , Cloud RAN)
MA Solution Requirements (HW, SW)
Organize and drive the monthly and quarterly meetings between MA and individual Product lines
Ensure input quality to template & reasoning of the MA requirements and SPM response
Best Practice Sharing with the MA & BNEW
Sales Tactics, New Solutions, CI Hot Topics
Participate and support strategic Area Forums Radio, Baseband, Software, Nw Evolution, Performance Leadership, CI etc

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
A university degree in engineering and/or business studies
Excellent knowledge in RAN HW (ERS, RBS6000)
Excellent knowledge of RAN SW
Capability to translate RAN HW/SW into values for our customers. Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills
Well-developed leadership skills with the ability to coach and transfer competence
Ability to work and lead virtual teams
Ability to operate in a cross-organizational environment
Analytical skills
Creating and innovating
Formulating strategies and concepts
Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of RAN Solution MA domain background
Strong track record from ITM evaluations
Customer Insight & Selling Skills
