Common Store Planning (CSP) has over the past few years successfully delivered solutions for a commercial range presentation based on the global commercial plan. CSP has substantially contributed to an increased home furnishing knowledge in the countries, improved quality of the range presentation and developed a more efficient working method.

Common Store Planning is looking for 3 new Visual Merchandiser Specialists (Studio and Compacts)
Malmö Store, Sweden

Assignment
Common Store Planning team is a part of the Swedish organisation, located in IKEA Malmö Best practice store. CSP delivers proven range presentation solutions for Showroom, Market hall and Self-serve furniture area. Four times per year the team also delivers vitality packages. The deliveries are received by retailers all over the IKEA world. CSP is also involved in other projects, with input and close co-operation with the all different units of the IKEA organisation, to meet the needs from IKEA of Sweden and the Swedish organisation.
The CSP Visual Merchandiser Specialist strongly contributes to both planning and documentation of Studios and Compacts. The CSP Visual Merchandiser Specialistis also a part of the transfer of know-how and show-how to Malmö best practice store and IKEA retail countries.It is an ever changing and challenging assignment for a specialist to grow in, that also demands a great flexibility.

The CSP Visual Merchandiser Specialist responsible to visualise the uniqueness of the IKEA product range. As well as for actively work to improve and implement store layout as a commercial tool, range presentation and store communication for IKEA global.

CSP Visual Merchandiser Specialist reports to CSP Interior Design Manager in Malmö Common Store Planning team.

Is this the right challenge for you?
We believe you have a in the senior specialist profile with strong commercial background at IKEA. We expect you are self driven, have global and national experience i.e. from S.O or from global/national projects. You have high relationship skills and you are open to changes and pay attention to details. You are a great team player and good IKEA ambassador. You are also fluent in English, both spoken and written, and willing to travel.

You have a strong interest in people, life at home, and IKEA range passion.
This position is open to a Local Foreign Employee contract.
