Do you want to be part of a progressive merchandising team on our exciting journey offering the most loved assortment for outdoor activities in the business? We are now searching for a DTC Merchandiser that will be part of our merchandising team that are responsible for optimizing our assortment to secure the best consumer offer and growth in the most profitable way. You will be responsible for ensuring a high class offer to our consumers through creating strategic buy and assortment plans for the omni buy on all markets. You will work in close collaboration with our Category and Commercial teams to secure a strong commercial assortment for our DTC channels.
We believe that the right person for the job is a true team player with a commercial mindset and experience from working in a DTC retail environment. You have experience and in depth knowledge about markets, brands and assortment.
The position is located at our HQ in Stockholm and you will report to our Head of Merchandising.
Main responsibilities:
Set efficient buying structure that is flexible to cater for global/local relevance as well as a fast growing expansion rate.
Give input in the product development process from a DTC perspective based on business trends, sales analyzes and consumer and market insights.
Set and optimize the commercial plan based on selling targets and execute to secure the best consumer offer at all times.
Manage and set in season stock management strategy to optimize full price sell through and margin.
Activation strategy plan and execution, product selection and discount setting based on performance and inventory.
Handle complexity and big data in a structured and action-oriented way.
Being a natural DTC Ambassador to share knowledge, analysis and drive key topics cross functionally.
Close collaboration with E-com and store teams to secure product knowledge, consumer analytics and consumer feedback.
Be part of developing the role to make sure we always deliver on the strategic direction.



Skills & requirements:
A master’s degree from relevant study, e.g., finance, brand & textile management, business or business administration.
Minimum 5 years of industry relevant experience.
Demonstrated e-com commercial expertise within merchandising.
Strategic, agile and commercial mindset driven to achieve selling targets.
Strong analytical skills with a holistic approach.
Enjoys high pace with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
Great communicator in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently with a problem-solving attitude.
Team player with a strong ability to work cross functionally in many different forums.
Experience from working in an international environment is preferred.
