For this role your responsibility is to develop Kappahl’s business in the European market. Strive for best price, lead time and quality, be part of developing our existing suppliers as well as source new partners to join our supply chain.
Sustainability is part of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who would like to focus and explore even more in this area. To create change and develop our suppliers towards Kappahl’s sustainability goals, both when it comes to transparency, social- and environmental compliance.
In our organisation we are also handling agents and importers and your role would be responsible for related supplier portfolio and make sure they follow Kappahl’s processes and agenda.
You will work in close collaboration with buying teams, suppliers and other stakeholders in our global production organization.
Your profile
We are a small team but with a large network and we are looking for a team player who loves collaboration. We believe that you have working experience from textile industry, preferably within supply chain, purchasing or sustainability. Textile education is an advantage but more important that you are prestigeless and curious, willing to learn and to drive change.
You have a passion for sustainability and strive to incorporate it at all levels of the business to reach set goals together with our supplier partners and Kappahl teams.
You are well organized and can prioritize and structure your work depending on time plans, goals and workload. The position requires high level of communicative and influential skills, you are able to convey messages and information in a clear and enthusiastic way.
