Merchant Foundations Operations - Nordic Region Lead

Do you have experience leading team leads/managers, do you always want to help your teams do better in an ever developing environment where change is the norm?
As Merchant Foundations Operations Region Lead of the Nordic team, you will lead a team of Market Leads who in turn lead 50+ service specialists. We are looking for someone who is experienced and motivated to lead from the front. You will be results orientated with total focus on enabling your teams to achieve and exceed the expectations of Klarna’s merchants from onboarding through the entire merchant journey with Klarna.


What will you be doing?
As the Region Lead you will be a key stakeholder for the business in the region making sure the merchants expectations/needs are met and their opinions are heard. You will be responsible for your regional team in terms of recruitment, performance and delivery. You will initiative and drive activities to continually improve and calibrate our deliveries to the needs of the merchants and the operational processes.
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will report to the Merchant Foundation Operations Group Lead.
Main duties include
Delivering in line with team KPI’s.
Coaching/development of employees to achieve operational targets.
Represent teams internally with stakeholders and initiatives.
Establish, drive and implement improvement.

Who are you?
You have multiple years experience of successfully leading teams.
You comfortably work with multiple tasks.
You are a strong communicator with great networking with stakeholders.
You are accomplished at working with all levels of colleagues.
You have excellent spoken and written skills in English.
A Nordic language would be advantageous .
