Merchant Quality & Shopping Policy Analyst (m/f/d)

Tasks Overview:

Partner with the leads and PgMs in preparing business reviews, executive presentations, research reports, white papers for commerce solutions.
Create project roadmaps, progress reports and identify dependencies.
Monitor operations through accurate and consistent daily reporting.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on policy violations to identify trends and opportunities to improve reviews .
Creating and maintaining technical tools for the program such as managerial dashboards, scripts and other tools used for data management and data review/reporting.
Assist in developing project strategies, measure and support success by creating and analyzing quantitative data and activity reports.
Collaborate with the internal team to initiate and implement procedural changes when applicable.
Manage complex data projects, working closely with Operation leads and technical partners to develop and track project milestones and schedules, along with scope and cost features and resourcing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Measure progress on all assigned projects. Manage communication of progress with the core team and all stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary, providing transparency and end-to-end coordination of deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive and updated documentation.
Attend and participate in weekly team meetings and any occasional ad hoc meetings/training, as necessary.
SQL scripting, Python, PLX dashboard creation, and ability to create and maintain up-to-date comprehensive guidelines and documentation.
Gearloose content review that involves a thoughtful detailed process to ensure compliance on an ongoing basis.
Ad-hoc complex requests around policy reviews that includes creating guidelines and training materials.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in biological/physical sciences, with experience in data quality checks and reviews.
Proficient in document processing, spreadsheets, and the G Suite.
Strong analytical acumen.
Adept at online research.
Keen attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Fluent in English.
Effective in project coordination with robust analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
Capable of catering to client needs and demands.
Excellent communication abilities, ensuring clear and concise interactions throughout the organization.

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its specific terminology.
Proficiency in SQL, with the capability to interpret and comprehend queries.
Aptitude for rapidly assimilating new technologies and systems.
