Merchant Support?s mission is to provide a premium service to all e-stores cooperating with Klarna. The team is providing e-stores with administrative and technical support. The communication with the e-stores is done through email and over the phone.

As a Merchant Support Agent for United Kingdom you will provide our UK merchants with extraordinary service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail. You will be co-located with the Nordic team and will be based in Klarna HQ in Stockholm. Together we will create a long-lasting and close relation to our merchants by giving them world-class service. We always strive to exceed our e-merchants expectations and it is therefore important that you contribute with creative ideas that can improve our processes and thereby Klarna overall. You will work in a team that has high social competence and the ambition to always deliver the best possible service.

We are looking for you who bring positivity and team-spirit to our Merchant Support-team. You are not afraid of new challenges and to develop by set goals, both individually and in the team, are evident for you. Since you will be part of starting up our services towards UK, it´s important that you are a flexible, problem-solving individual that always strive to perform your best. Technical and/or business experience is a merit for this job. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
