About this opportunity

The Industry 4.0 organization is looking for a product owner of Manufacturing Execution System for our intelligent production system
You will help build and evolve our manufacturing execution capabilities embracing the ideas of world-changing Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing.
Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize ourselves in cross functional development teams in which continuous business value delivery, improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

What you will do

Analyze and define business requirements for manufacturing execution capabilities for our factories inside Ericsson and our factories producing on behalf Ericsson.
Maintain and own the backlog including new request submission, prioritization and development planning process.
Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues across Ericsson global organization and external partners to study and implement existing and suitable solutions as well as drive the design, development and maintenance of new systems and applications.
Take a data-driven approach to priority decisions and optimizations of efficiency in both development and functionalities released to end users.
Lead the collaboration of the cross functional development team and address business, engineering and people challenges considering strategic objectives and measures.
Sync any dependencies with other teams, such as dependent projects, integrations, upgrades or planned downtime.
Represent PO interests in Sourcing and IT relations.
Manage strategic roadmap and the dependencies to strategic goals and KPIs of the global NPI & Production unit coordinating production in Ericsson.


You will bring

Innovative and open mind to adapt to the ever-changing environment
Solid working knowledge of computer, network and IT systems
Strong technical background, deep understanding of modern software development fundamentals
Strong understanding of fundamental mechanisms of manufacturing processes
The ability to speak both technical and business language.
The ability to process high level requirements into clear backlog items, and also the ability to say no to specific requests and elaborate on decision making process.
Can-do attitude with no fear of challenging the status quo in order to drive transformation in the organization
Fluent English with outstanding communication- and presentation skills
Higher education in the field of engineering or computer science
