Manufacturing Graduate Program ( MFG-PRO) is designed to help you start off your international career in the Automotive Industry 4.0. As program participant, you will develop your leadership potential through various assignments in different locations across the EMEA region
MFG-PRO provides the participants with a wide breadth of experience of different functions across the manufacturing organization (Product Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management, Production Control & Logistics, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, Quality ). This rotational program spans over 2 years of continuous and structured development through 4 assignments, each lasting 6 months.
3 assignments in home country
1 international assignment.

Over the course of the program we’ll work with you to develop that potential in 2 key areas:
Personal growth - Learning how to lead, communicate and collaborate.
Professional development - Gaining specific expertise in your area of choice.

In 3-4 years following program completion, you’ll have an opportunity to grow your role into a leadership position
Your Background
Driven, creative, and fearless talents graduating this year or within last 2 years
Excellent communication and team work skills
High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to 'think outside the box' when under pressure
Fluent (written and spoken) English
Adventurers who are ready for an international assignment.
