Micro soldering and repair operative/technician

In one of the fastest growing industries in the country, we are looking for a full-time repair- and micro soldering technician for our business in environmental recovery and the recycling of redundant IT equipment, mobile phones and electronics. Experience:
Soldering: At least 3-year hands-on experience troubleshooting logic boards for computers and cellphones. Looking for someone with fine motor skills, Has the dexterity, patience, eye for detail along with a steady hand.
- Experience with micro-soldering and logic board repairs, schematics, and BoardView reading is mandatory.
- Replacement of Faulty Components such as capacitors, connectors, cables, fuses, MOSFETs, etc. in Logic boards.
- Experience with computer hardware repairs.
- Install, support, and maintain proper documentation.
- Experience with troubleshooting computers, cellphones, and electronic devices such as tabs.

-Outstanding attention to detail
-Soldering connectors/components on devices such as mobiles, laptops, pcs, tablets, smartwatches etc
-Must be able to follow detailed instruction
-Work to a very high standard
-Target driven
-Flexible attitude and ability to carry out different tasks as required to achieve goals
-A positive attitude and good team player with a can-do attitude.
- Able to work independently, and to resolve common anomalies.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills. Good verbal/written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with associated computer systems, end-users.
- Bilingual Prefered - Swedish and English fluency.
