Description

The client is looking for a Microsoft 365 Application Specialist to support business units in setting up Modern SharePoint sites, Teams workspaces and drive adoption.

The consultant will be part of a Digital Workplace agile team with architects, developers and other specialists.

Work tasks:

- Support business units in setting up modern SharePoint sites for intranet information and work areas, and Teams workspaces for collaboration
- Drive smaller delivery projects together with the business - analyze, propose solutions, plan activities, deliver the technical part and hand over to the business
- Do site configurations - set up meta data and roll-ups, document libraries, page layouts, templates and access control
- Create no-code/low code applications in MS Lists, Forms, PowerApps/Automate etc
- Deliver editor trainings, inspiration sessions and training to site owners, champions-network and end-users
- Write guides and supporting communication materials
- Handle incoming second line support cases, requests and usage-questions . On need basis involve senior specialists in the team or include Microsoft for advanced support."


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Microsoft 365 application specialist graduate or equal (a M365 certification is a plus)
- Expertise and experience on Modern SharePoint and Teams usage and configuration (deep dev/tech knowledge is not needed)
- Very good knowledge of other applications such as OneDrive, Planner, Office Apps, Outlook, and knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and preferably Power BI
- Experience of driving smaller projects
- We foresee a self-driving team-player with hunger, curiosity and ambition to learn and deliver in this role.
- Very good in communication, both verbally and in writing, Swedish and English
