Right now, we’re searching for a Microsoft 365 specialist in our Stockholm office
The role
As Microsoft 365 Specialist you love working with the user experience of Microsoft 365 solutions. You will belong to the IT Workplace team whose focus is to enable a secure growth journey and digital collaboration.
You will play a key role in our user adoption of our Microsoft 365 solutions. You will step directly into an exciting ongoing transformation of our way of handling devices, identities, and apps with Microsoft 365 as a
Some additional responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for our user adoption with Microsoft 365 apps, like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, ToDo.
- Be able to work on the transition of our devices to intune and Autopilot.
- Manage prioritizations of Microsoft roadmap.
- Deliver service and support to our internal business users by trouble shooting, finding solutions, and answering technical questions for issues related to Microsoft 365 apps.
- Work closely with our outsourcing partner in Microsoft 365 related projects and changes.
What we’re looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:
- Relevant education with IT.
- 2 years of experience of Microsoft 365.
- Experience from user adoption within Microsoft 365.
