Job descriptionWe are seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist with a deep understanding of Teams, SharePoint, and Document Classification. This role is integral to our international company, and you will be responsible for managing and educating other employees on best practices for collaboration within the company and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the use of Microsoft 365 tools within the company.
Educate and support employees in the use of Teams, SharePoint, and Document Classification.
Set up best practice collaboration strategies for internal and external communication.
Automate tasks in SharePoint and Teams using PowerShell scripting.
Manage and implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies using the Microsoft 365 Compliance Center.
Manage security alerts and implement security measures using the Microsoft 365 Security Center.
Manage users and groups with a strong understanding of Active Directory.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Azure and Entra.
Comprehensive knowledge of software and hardware to provide general support.
Microsoft certifications like MS-700 (Managing Microsoft Teams), MS-500 (Microsoft 365 Security Administration), or MS-100 (Microsoft 365 Identity and Services) are a plus.
Fluency in both Swedish and English

Desirable Experience:
Creating and maintaining Intune policies and MDM management.
Experience with application packaging and updates in Intune.
Familiarity with Windows Autopilot for device deployment and management.
Experience from GxP regulated environment.
