One of our clients based in Athens is presently looking for Microsoft Desk Agent (Microsoft Products) and who speaks Norwegian fluently, someone who is ready to live a Mediterranean lifestyle.

Job Description
· Frontline agents will be answering inbound calls from Consumer Customers, providing technical support for Windows and Office products.
· Agent will be expected to verify the Customer’s eligibility for support and determine whether the device is compatible with the latest Windows 10 version.
· Agent will be expected to guide the customer through the Upgrade Process
Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities
· Customer Service Knowhow (Training will be given)
o Ability to communicate correctly and clearly
o Ability to clearly understand a problem statement
o Math and Analytical
o Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish
o Confident, adaptable & Empathetic
o Positive & Flexible attitude
o Organized & Methodological thinker
· Technical Knowhow (Preferred but not obligatory)
o Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products
o Experience in Technical Support is preferred but not obligatory
o Previous call center or Customer support experience is desirable but not obligatory
o Knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System
o Knowledge of Internet applications
o Self –Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Windows 10 Operating System.
Requirements
· Proficient in Norwegian (fluent)
· Good English
· Willing to live abroad (Greece)
