Microsoft Support Engineer with German Level II- Relocation to Bulgaria

We're looking for a Microsoft Support Engineer Level II with passion for technology to join our Cloud Services Support Team.
We assist corporate clients with their business-impacting technical issues.
So, what’s the role all about?
Handling Business Clients’ Technical requests via outbound calls, ticketing system and remote sessions
Analyzing service performance issues
Setting case priority depending on the client needs
Providing timely, relevant solutions through established procedures
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
You are a good fit for the role if you: 
Are advanced in both German and English
Have strong technical background
Are skilled in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address client needs
Have prior knowledge in network operations, networking protocols, network authentication, messaging technology or messaging protocols.
Have working knowledge of one or more current Microsoft Operating systems (Windows NT Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server Edition), or any future releases
Are able to work in a time critical environment
Are up for a fresh new challenge
