The scope


• Build and develop the service area identity and access
• Standardize, streamline and automate working methods and systems
• Participate in projects linked to the technology platform
• Deliver services and be part of the operations and support team
• Management of our Microsoft platform from a technology, process and routine perspective
• Ensure compliance with the existing safety requirements
• Actively participate in technology improvement

 

As Microsoft Systems Administrator, you will be part of the delivery of our IT services. You ensure that IT deliveries take place in accordance with our SLA and supplier agreements, both in terms of internal and outsourced IT services. The focus of the role will be on the service area identity and access where you work closely with our suppliers and our business to build and develop the services. Your contact points will consist of internal stakeholders, technicians and external suppliers.

In the role of system administrator for the Microsoft platform, you are an important resource in the team that is responsible for the management and further development of technical services in many of our business-related services. An important part of the assignment is to ensure the availability of systems and digital services, which places high demands on both security, stability and accuracy in the work we perform. You will also have a central role in the delivery and support flow of the IT services where it is important to drive and document the work according to routines, processes and SLA requirements.

About you

We are looking for you who have solid experience (at least 5 years) with the Microsoft platform i.e.: 


• Microsoft 365
• Azure

 

To succeed in the role, we believe that you have experience in IAM, Identity & Access Management. Furthermore, the role requires that you have a broad understanding of the business from an IT perspective, are service-minded and have an easy time creating relationships with both internal and external contacts.

As a person, you are structured, solution-focused and thrive in a changing environment. We believe that you have a curious mind and have an interest in constantly simplifying and improving your services. Educational background is of less importance, we are more interested in what you can do than what you have read.


• It is a requirement that you are proficient in English, as this is our company language
• If you are not a Nordic citizen, a valid work permit to work in one of our Nordic countries is a must

• Start date: As soon as possible, but we wait for the right candidate
• Employment rate: Full time
• Working hours: Normal office hour and we have flextime
• Remote work: You have the possibility to work from home some days
