As part in the Getinge Group IT to provide both state-of-the-art and cost-efficient IT solutions. We are looking for a Microsoft Workplace Specialist at Getinge´s Headquarters in Göteborg to manage the standard Getinge computer images, handling operations, management, service lifecycle and projects within Getinge. You will be part of the Global Group IT 3rd level End User Service team and work closely together with other infrastructure teams, regional IT management teams and business project leads to share, build together and meet our goals. Focus is 3rd level task above, but also as part of your role will also be to provide 2nd level support for the users located in the Gothenburg office, mostly on the users workplace. This means being close to the IT Support organization as well as the employees (n≈70, incl. Executive Team members) at the office in need for support. 

Responsibilities


Keep Windows image up-to-date (Operating system, Core applications) 
Work on the computer and user GPOs to keep a good balance between user efficiency and security 
Test new versions of the software managed centrally (Windows, Office, Adobe suites, et) 
Provide L3 support on the standard images 
Monitor technology and market evolution for future evolutions 
Participate in the software packaging for SCCM deployments with our external Partner 
Provide Coaching of the Group IT 2nd level support team 
As the service owner, you will maintain the service documentation up to date, as per the Getinge Quality Management System requirements 

To help meet our goals of becoming CO2 neutral by 2025, we travel only if we must. In this role, you will be required to travel a few times per year (but will be dependent on Covid-19 restrictions).

Your experience includes:
Working in larger Microsoft SCCM environments ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems, as well as experience of working with operation and management of larger businesses. Furthermore, you: 
Certifications within Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems 
Knowledge within Microsoft SCCM / Mobility 
Knowledge in Powershell and SQL (setup scripts and SCCM queries) 
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure and Office365 
Worked with application packaging MSI and App-V 
Previous role as service/Application owner 

To succeed in the role, you are a problem solver with excellent collaboration and communication skills, in English as well as in Swedish. Furthermore, you have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and reliability.
