Job description Ready for the challenge of a lifetime, working with the world's leading company in microwave transmission?As part of our commitment to broadband for next-generation networks, Ericsson is strengthening the project team that works with advanced-technology products such as MINI-LINK Short Haul radio and Marconi Long Haul radio.We are seeking to establish a core team within passive microwave design.You will be responsible for sub-system requirements, simulation and design, documentation, verification and integration of passive microwave solutions, such as filters and diplexers for the MINI-LINK and Marconi LH systems.You will be part of a cross-functional team, working in projects and in very close cooperation with our suppliers around the world.You will also be in close contact with our sourcing organization, as well as supply and production in the Borås factory. Competence You should have extensive experience with sub-system and advanced microwave filter design.Your experience extends to microwave frequency simulators, preferably ADS, Momentum and HFSS.You should also be familiar with microwave frequency measurement and instruments.Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma is an advantage.You should be a team player, yet able to take the initiative when required. You should also have: . A PhD or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or similar education . Good written and spoken English . Good communication and cooperation skills .
