As a Software Developer you will design & maintain Ericsson’s world leading microwave mobile backhaul products, including activities such as requirement analysis, SW and system design, test, integration, product lifecycle management and documentation.
You will be part of a high performing organization that works with agile methodology in cross functional teams. Our R&D teams drive the evolution of the Network products from analysis, design, integration and test including early deployment in customer networks around the world.
Position Summary
As a Developer in this position you would work in our skilled agile team. The team’s tasks consist of systemizing, implementing and verifying high quality features to one of our products. You will have fantastic opportunities to grow your skills working with system design,
architecture design, software design, integration, verification and test automation. Our focus is on Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Deliver valuable feature increments for world class products
• Develop and test high quality products
• Perform trouble shooting
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
• Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling

• High interest and skills within embedded development
• Linux
• C / C++
• Test driven development
• Secure and clean coding

• Java
• Lean & Agile Knowledge and skills (Preferably)
• Working in teams
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Bachelor’s in computer science or similar
• English skills
