Your role is essential being the Centre of expertise for financial instruments and risks including developing and enhancing the Group's treasury system. ASSA ABLOY Group Treasury is responsible for all treasury-related risk in the Group and a number of central IT applications facilitating financial operations. You will be a part of a team within a dynamic environment, with many possibilities to make a difference and add value.

What you would do as our Middle Office Manager
As Middle Office Manager, you will work in close collaboration with other functions within Group Treasury with risk management and achieving a high-quality system environment that support and improve our processes and reporting. Your main responsibilities include monitor risk as well as maintenance and enhancement of the system environment. You will be the system expert for our main treasury application, Quantum.
The role includes analyzing and solving ad-hoc problems as well as leading various projects that aim to improve treasury-related processes and monitoring of risk.
The skills and experience you need
Ideally, you possess a broad experience within Group Treasury with a keen interest in system-related matters and financial risk.
At least 4 years in middle office and working with treasury applications.
Strong understanding of treasury operations processes.
Well familiar with risk management.
Previous hands-on experience in system responsibility within treasury including managing upgrades.
As a professional, you are structured and detail-oriented with the ability to drive changes. With a sound understanding of financial risks and how treasury systems and their interfaces work, you thrive in solving issues that pop up along the way. You take pride in developing reporting, tools and system solutions that add value to our stakeholders.
You will be the spokesperson for Treasury regarding Quantum and other system-related questions; therefore, you can effortlessly communicate in verbal and written English with your international colleagues.
