What you'll need
To be a part of our team, you’ll need to have:
7+ years of experience in L2/L3 level Application Server Administration
Experience with middleware Implementation and support of JBOSS, WildFly, Tomcat and webservers (Apache and OHS)
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux servers including knowledge of the server resource management (CPU, Memory, etc.), Apache webserver
Creating, monitoring and deploying automated tasks
Configuring services, user accounts, permissions
Application server deployment, administration on Linux Platform
Oracle WebLogic Administration with knowledge on Forms & Reports
Monitoring tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager(OEM)
Red Hat JBoss EAP Ansible or similar DEVOPS tools
Basic knowledge on Virtualized or Cloud server environments
Experience supporting and deploying web applications
Hands On with various utility scripting tools and software troubleshooting experience.
Strong experience with TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing and Internet technologies
Basic knowledge of Active Directory structures
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with team to inform of progress, request information, manage expectations and close out issues
Ability to conduct research into software issues and products as required, present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language
Highly self-motivated and directed
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Availability to work in shifts 24/7



What you'll be doing
Roles and Responsibilities but Not Restricted to The Following:
Installing and configuring application servers (JBOSS, WildFly, Tomcat, WebLogic) based on customer requirement
Installation and updating of software platforms and development tools
Deployment, monitoring, and support of web applications running under JBoss, WildFly, Tomcat, WebLogic and Apache Webserver
Monitor operational availability of production applications by utilizing and implementing automated failure alerts
Installing SSL certificates on Apache web servers and Application custom certificates
Detecting and correcting operational issues
Planning for and testing new versions of supported platforms
Tracking down problems relating to issues in the computing environment, such as network or security problems.
Developing scripts to automate, when possible, frequently performed tasks
Conduct capacity and performance planning
Develop and perform automated deployment and upgrade procedures/scripts
Monitor the JVM performance by analyzing heap, connection pools, and garbage collection patterns
Need to deal with issues like Application Deadlock, High CPU, Server Hand-up and profiling the memory with necessary tools and optimize it.
Provide root cause analysis (RCA) for any production outages in middleware areas
Responsible for providing 24X7 on-calls Production supports
