Mill Controller to our Gruvön

We are looking for a Mill Controller to our Gruvön mill which consists of a classic sawmill, a further processing unit (cross-laminated timber) as well as a pellet mill. You will be working in the Wood Products division and report to the Head of Operations Controlling.

The role
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Monthly-, Quarterly-, Annual closing: P&L and B/S reporting, Checks and reconciliation between reporting system and SAP
• Rolling Forecasts, Long-term planning
• Support testing and implementing new reporting system in 2021
• Close cooperation / communication with, and support of the mill management team
• Monthly reports, Ad hoc reports (internal & external) and diverse analysis
• Support of auditors, servicing other stakeholders
• Main finance contact of the mill
• Internal controls (monthly requirements)

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you have some experience in business controlling preferably in an international setting. Your proficiency is based on a Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a similar relevant professional qualification. You have an ability to see the ‘big picture’ combined with the drive to be ‘hands on’ and to execute. You like to communicate with the mill management team and are able talk fluently in English. MS Office, SAP, Hyperion, MSBI and Power BI are the programs we use at work.
