About this opportunity
We are now looking for a verification engineer to join our test and verification team. This verification team is responsible for testing and maintaining Ericsson’s world-leading microwave mobile backhaul products. The main activities are requirement analysis, test case design, test, integration, product lifecycle management and documentation.

As part of the advanced Ericsson Radio system, MINI-LINK is a powerful and cost-efficient network node fulfilling the requirements of the mobile broadband evolution, including 5G. You will be part of an organization that works with agile methodology in a multi-site and diverse verification team. Our Continuous Integration and Verification teams drive the quality assurance of the Network products from integration to test including early deployment in customer networks around the world.


What you will do
Be involved in requirement/software feature analysis and break it down to test plan and tasks
Perform planned and exploratory test (manual or automated) and analyze results
Create new and update existing test cases using Java
Perform trouble-shooting activities
Initiate and drive improvements in ways of working and in our test product



You will bring
Must have:
Bachelor's degree (or above) in engineering
0-2 years of manual testing/test automation experience
Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Team-player
Proficient English


Nice to have:
Solid Unix/Linux knowledge
Proficiency in programming languages - Java or Python.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools as Jenkins, Gerrit...
Lean & Agile knowledge and skills
