Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a skilled MINI-LINK Test Architect to join our Test Leadership team within PDU Transport Microwave Test organization.
The Test Architect role will cover mid-term and long-term test related activities from a technical aspect, such as evolving the test strategy, test analysis in early phases covering both SW and HW needs, test scope definitions and various Integration & Verification improvements.
The growing complexity of today’s and future networks requires flexible and well-integrated microwave nodes. Building an efficient microwave backhaul network with end-to-end performance in mind requires high node capacity, compact and modular building practice and features that respond to demanding customer needs.

You will be part of an organization that works with agile methodology in a multi-site and diverse verification team. Our Verification teams drive the quality assurance of the Network products from integration to test including early deployment in customer networks around the world.
The Test teams has a responsibility to be our organization´s internal face of the customer and quality guardian. We are responsible for system verification both on node but also on complex network levels. Our teams are doing test analysis, test case design, test execution, troubleshooting and test result reporting for the SW and HW products as well as our management systems.
As the Test Architect you will need to provide support in terms of technical product knowledge as well as discipline knowledge throughout the organization for achieving the right Quality assurance level for the product releases.
You will
Coordinate and Define the Test scopes covering Integration and Verification activities
Participate in Early phases Test Analysis
Be responsible for the evolution of the Test Strategy
Chair the Test Community Of Practice
Review scope on an overall level based on Fault slip Through Analysis
Provide guidance through supporting peers in Test Analysis and Test Execution activities
Actively drive the evolution of Test Automation, Test principles, Test methodologies and guidelines
Continuously drive I&V improvements and challenge status quo
Champion collaboration cross teams and sites within MINI-LINK organization
Initiate and motivate changes and improvements in the organization with focus on high quality and efficient flow
Actively be up-to-date on test related insights/innovations from corresponding disciplines both internally and externally
To be successful in the role you must have
BSc level education in a technical subject area or the equivalent level of knowledge
Strong MINI-LINK competence
Passion for R&D and minimum of 5 year’s experience in Quality assurance area
A well-established track record as an R&D leader
Cultural awareness and ability to navigate in multi-site organizations
Strong quality and product focus and the ability to connect business to technology
Lean & Agile knowledge and skills
