Mini Rodini is looking for a experienced Pattern Maker

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join our production team during a long period of parental leave, for 1 year. The organisation’s priorities are to provide an excellent work/life balance and offer a positive, inclusive culture where you both work on distance and on the office.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You strive every day to achieve the company’s design vision and present the best fit based on a customer perspective. You will be responsible for creating patterns and m-list and drive fittings to secure the fit.

You will work closely with our supplier, the marketing-, wholesale- and customer service department.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:


• Fit and grading within product groups jersey, socks, and swimwear.
• Create m-list and how to measure sketches.
• Develop base patterns
• Mange relationships with supplier, example deliver fittings and fittings comments
• Production trips when needed.

The position are based at our Stockholm Office at Södermalm and you will report to the Production Manager

QUALIFICATIONS 

To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:


• Relevant education
• Been working as pattern maker for minimum 3 years.
• Production and sewing knowledge
• Experience from working with children’s wear
• Good knowledge and experience of working in CAD/CAM, preference Gerber/Lectra, Illustrator and Office package.
