We are on an exciting growth journey to grow our direct-to-consumer sales channels and We are now looking for someone to help us gain insights and take the next step in our paid digital marketing. ABOUT THE POSITION

Our ordinary Digital Marketing Specialist is planning to go on maternity leave soon, so we are looking for a substitute until autumn
2023. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Mini Rodini your main responsibilities will include setting and executing on the digital marketing strategy and operate and optimize the Mini Rodini DTC paid digital marketing in line with the company’s overall goals and set KPI’s. This position will be both strategically and operatively responsible for these areas.


The objective of the role is to drive revenue growth through high-quality digital marketing campaigns, reach new audiences and drive
traffic in key markets, but also work with the retention rate from our existing customer database together with our CRM specialist. You will work closely with the E-com team and the Marketing team where you contribute with your expertise and share insights gained in your position.


Your tasks will include but not be limited to:


• Set a strategy, plan and optimize our paid marketing communication based on insights and learnings. Develop the digital strategy
to find new ways both for long term profitable growth and short-term efficient results for our current markets.
• Responsible for setting the strategy for Paid social, manage and optimize campaigns and budgets on Facebook, Instagram and
possible other paid platforms like Youtube, Pinterest etc.
• Responsible for our strategy, budgets and development within Google ads and primary contact person for our external SEM
agency. Primary contact person with our partners at Facebook, Google.
• Drive any technical development needed together with the Digital Business Developer, communicate requirements, and needs for new functionality to our IT Partners
• Set the strategy for how to activate new customers and reactivate the members of Mini Rodini Society (loyalty club)
• Set the requirements on content from marketing department based on insights to optimize paid marketing and communication Share insights with other people in the team as well as other departments in the company
• Drive SEO area, and support team with insights and suggestions for improvements for higher visibility on search engines.
  

The position is based at our Stockholm Office (hybrid work), will be part of the Ecom team with dotted lines to our Marketing manager, and you will report to Ecommerce Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:


• Relevant education for the position or equivalent experience from an e-com/and or lifestyle/premium brand
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Paid specialist, Paid social or SEM
• Analytical savvy and comfortable in using Google Analytics
• Basic understanding of SEO is a plus

It is an advantage if you also have experience from working with digital marketing systems like FB Ads Manager, Adwords or Ecom systems, such as Magento and Centra. You should also have good knowledge in English, written and spoken, additional language is an advantage.
