Advanced Engineering is a strategic function where we work to find our future technologies and business opportunities. We identify technology and market trends from which we develop a technology strategy and we secure public-funded projects that support this strategy. As Machine Intelligence & User Experience Program Manager Portfolio & Architecture, you will join our Advanced Engineering Programs Section, sit on the driving seat and lead innovation concepts and technology explorations from idea to proof of concept of future solutions providing safe, efficient and productive user experience machines, no matter if the operator is located in the machine, somewhere else and autonomous machines.

Qualifications
Master of Science within relevant field or comparable work experience
Minimum 4 years of project management experience in the automotive industry
Strong background and proven experience in the fields of control systems and/or automation and/or artificial intelligence
Previous cooperation with Academia and Start-ups is considered a merit
Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
Good understanding of the construction industry, heavy vehicle industry
