Software Developer - Tools Location: Stockholm, Sweden Xelerated develops and markets IC devices and related SW products for the high end Network Processor market.Job description Xelerated provides Software Development Kits (SDK) for its Network Processors.The SDK contains a complete environment for developing, debugging and testing of applications for the network processors.It includes an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and a complete set of build tools, debugger, clock cycle accurate simulators for the processors and a set of libraries for system integration.The development of the SDK is fully undertaken within our team in Stockholm.This team manages all aspects of the development, including design, implementation and test.As an SDK Developer at Xelerated, you will work as a member of the development team and be responsible for design, implementation, integration and test of software for the SDK.Development will be performed using C/C++ on the Windows XP platform using Microsoft Visual Studio.The IDE is based on Codewright from Borland and the graphical user interface (GUI) is developed with Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC).You will report to the VP of Software Systems Development.Specific Tasks will Include C/C++/Java programming Object oriented design GUI design Module level testing Work Experience and Education MSCS or equivalent required Minimum 5 years of professional experience of SW development Experience from C/C++ /Java programming Experience of module and system level testing [Experience from GUI testing is meriting Experience from development of software tools is meriting Personal Skills Required Structured and analytical mind-set Ready to assume technical responsibility Able to take initiatives and work without detailed instructions Well-developed communication skills You are fluent in English and are able to write advanced technical material
