We continue to invest heavily in machine learning (ML) and are now seeking an exceptional MLOps Engineer to help us scale! As our MLOps Engineer, you will be part of our site reliability engineering (SRE) team and work closely with our ML teams to streamline the ML application development process and enable more time to be spent on model development. You can look forward to owning challenges like building and maintaining the infrastructure and tooling required to enable our machine learning teams to create innovative applications.

How you will make an impact:

- Set up and maintain infrastructure for training and serving ML models

- Streamline ML application development

- Monitor CI/CD pipelines for ML workloads with batch and streaming predictions

- Manage data dependencies for ML workflows

- Ensure a dependable data pipeline from the data warehouse to the ML training platform

- Champion MLE interests in tech forums and keep up to date with current SRE technologies and topics (Argo CD, Prometheus, security measures etc)



To succeed in this role, we believe that you have most of the following skills:

- Experience with MLOps practices and technologies

- Proficiency in GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Google Cloud Storage, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Vertex AI.

- Experience with Vertex AI Pipelines and/or Kubeflow Pipelines

- Knowledge of data engineering practices and Infrastructure as Code (pref. Terraform)

- Familiarity with a training framework (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

It would also be music to our ears if you have strong programming skills in Python and understand data science work and its challenges.
