Job Description
We are now looking for a MMM Program Lead to join our Media Measurement team in Customer Activation unit. The mission of Customer Activation is to create a strategic plan that brings our brand direction to life through different touch points. Through data and customer insights, the unit will design a plan that will ensure a holistic customer experience from communication with our customer to our membership program.
Media Mix Modeling (MMM) is a type of econometric modeling designed to measure the incremental revenue driven by our media investments. MMM provides actionable media mix opportunities and is a key component in our global- and regional media budgeting process. While the technical modeling is managed by an external partner, you will be responsible for translating these insights into clear guidelines and actionable strategies for our business.
As the Media Mix Modelling Program Lead, you will oversee a comprehensive MMM program across 8 regions to inform strategic marketing decisions to meet our business goals. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media operations, strategy and planning, controlling and technical product teams, to deliver insights that enhance media performance across our media channels.
In this role you will:
Lead and develop the MMM program, setting requirements for the external vendor
Educate and support regional teams with actionable insights and media optimization
Project lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, controlling, and tech teams, to gather data, understand business requirements, and align modeling efforts
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to guide data driven decision making
Identify media mix opportunities and collaborate with agencies and partners for in-depth analysis
Utilize expertise in statistical modeling and analysis to assess the impact of media channels on business outcomes
Leverage business acumen and strategic thinking to align modeling strategies with company goals and market dynamics
Stay up-to-date with evolving media landscape and measurement techniques, continuously learning and adapting modeling methodologies to enhance accuracy and effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
5+ years experience in marketing analytics, marketing budgeting or related area, experience in Media Mix Modelling is a plus
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strategic thinking and the ability to align measurement activities with broader business goals
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
