We are now hiring a Mobile Technical Support Engineer to the Stockholm area.

What you do

Your main duties are to perform field service tasks, domestic and international, remote troubleshooting to assist customers and support case handling via defined channels and processes. Furthermore, you ensure support cases are handled in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements, defined KPI´s and company policies. As our Mobile Technical Support Engineer, you secure customer satisfaction and efficient case handling. To support continuous improvement, you suggest new and updated processes and routines. You will also lead installation and commissioning projects.

Who you are

You believe in extraordinary service and strong customer focus. You have excellent communication skills and a genuine engagement. Thoroughness and attention to detail is your middle name and you value teamwork and cooperation.

Your skills

You have experience of working as an electrician, service - or development engineer within applicable area of technology. We believe that you have a senior technical high school or equivalent experience. You also have good computer skills, such as MS Office, CRM, SSH, etc.
