Are you a passionate Mobility and Reward Specialist looking for new challenges? We are seeking a talented, proactive, self-motivated specialist to drive mobility processes, and support the Nordic reward processes in a dynamic and cross functional team.


The opportunity
Based in Stockholm, you will be part of our Talent Team, a cross-Nordic team of 70 dedicated and highly specialized HR professionals.
In the position as Mobility and Reward Specialist, you will have a dual role of 50/50 split. You will be responsible for the Mobility processes in Sweden and will make sure to optimize and deliver efficient processes within this area. The Reward Specialist is a new role and you will work cross Nordic in those processes and be able to shape the role to a certain extent. You will also have the opportunity to participate in and lead different projects within the Compensation & Benefits area. You will get a broad view into our global organization's services, processes and activities. 
Your key responsibilities
In the Mobility area, you will be the main point of contact for all mobility matters. You will assist with consultations with employee, manager, HRBP, and recruiter on relocation, immigration and tax benefits. In the Reward area, you will drive and support different compensation and benefit projects and processes in the annual reward cycle such as market data collection and salary review process cross Nordic. Curiosity and willingness to learn new things lies within the core of your personality. You are structured and results oriented and have a strong personal drive to get things done.


Skills and attributes for success
 Deliver strong results in terms of relationship building and networking 
 You proactively take ownership and accountability of your daily tasks
Strong competence within immigration, related tax regulations and Swedish pension and insurance
Monitor trends and development within the area of compensation and benefits
Experience of working with cross boarder teams

To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources or Law
3+ years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel skills using Pivot, VLOOKUP, Graphs etc.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
Great analytical and problem solving skills
Comfortable in working in a fast environment, have a high work capacity and ability to work with several tasks in parallel

Ideally, you’ll also have
Business acumen and experience in driving change
Innovative mindset
Knowledge in using Power BI
Knowledge of VBA in Excel
Experience from consultancy industry in professional services
