Job Description
H&M Group is looking for a Mobility Specialist to the Global Mobility team.
We will rely on your expertise to ensure compliance across different types of assignments to different countries. You have a wide experience of supporting at the Pre-, At- and Post- assignment process for traditional long-term assignments and short-term assignments. You have also been involved in setting up and understanding the unique questions and challenges commuter assignments and virtual roles.
We expect you to support the business with mobility advisory originating from different countries as well as to drive minor projects for the business in unique and challenging situations.
You will report to the Head of global mobility. Your immediate colleagues will be all the members of H&M Group global mobility team together with whom you will actively drive our transformation to secure that we as support function are always able to contribute towards reaching the H&M Group business objective. As part of the team, you will be involved in supporting and driving the work performed by our function constantly challenging our way of working to identify how we can develop further.
The global mobility team is located centrally at the head office in Stockholm, Sweden. We also have colleagues in Hong Kong and the US and are aspiring to broaden our physical presence to better drive compliance in the company’s different regions.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Swedish language is not a requirement; however, you must have excellent communication skills in English. You should be able to explain a complex situation pedagogically to anyone within the organization located anywhere in the world.
As a candidate, you should have:
An academic degree or corresponding education. The degree can be in law, economics, personnel management, etc.
A strong background in a similar role with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience. This can be having a background as a consultant within tax or global mobility related services, working in a global mobility function of an international company, or a mix of both.
An excellent understanding of global mobility methodology including policies, taxation, compensation and benefits, and the unique challenges of the mobility area.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
International experience is qualifying.

You will support and work directly with our senior management all over the world who will strongly rely on your experience and communication skills. It is crucial that you are self-confident, a good team player, confidence-inspiring and with a level of high integrity.
